Tomahawk Beef is offered in a limited number of bulk shares each season. Reserving a share gives your family a variety of locally raised beef. From steaks and roasts to ground beef and other cuts all processed, wrapped and frozen.

Because every animal and processing date is different, we handle reservations personally. Submit the form to tell us what you are interested in, and we will contact you with availability, current market pricing and timing.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will complete a cut sheet. Your beef will be processed, wrapped, frozen and prepared for pickup.

What to Expect

Buying a beef share is different from shopping for individual cuts. Your share includes a variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef and other cuts based on your selected processing instructions. Soup bones and beef fat may also be included unless you choose otherwise. Final cost is based on the animal’s hanging weight. Current pricing, estimated quantities, processing dates and pickup details will be confirmed personally before your reservation is finalized. Don't wait to reserve your steer - our herd is small, and availability is limited each season.

Tomahawk Beef Co. raises F1 American Wagyu—50% Wagyu and 50% Angus—for the rich flavor and marbling of Wagyu balanced with the familiar character of Angus beef.

Our cattle are born and raised on a neighboring farm in Florida, before coming to us for finishing. They spend their time on unsprayed Florida pasture and are raised on grass, then finished on Non-GMO grain and Non-GMO organic cracked corn.

We do not rush the process. Our cattle are raised to a minimum of 24 months, giving them the time and care needed to develop naturally. They are processed locally at Johnston’s in Monticello and hang for approximately 21 days before the beef is cut, wrapped and frozen.

It is a slower, more personal way of raising beef—but it allows us to offer something we are proud to feed our own family.
